HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION?:

It is very easy. First of all we need to know your information:
• Full names,
• email,
• passport number,
• address,
• Event you want to attend & dates
• Number of people traveling with you
• Dates & time about your international flights arrival /departure to Lima.

We need to know which service you want to reserve:
• Transfers in Lima
• Accommodation Packages in Lima
• Tourist programs planned for guests
• Tours in any other destination

You can enter these information in our “Contact Us Booking Format” which is located at the bottom of the page. Once we receive your request we will Immediately answer to your email.

Reservations are only guaranteed with the total payment of the requested service. Payments must be made to PERU TRAVEL BUREAU in US Dollars:

• Payment with AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTER CARD requires:
The card holders must to send an email to your PTB agent: Mrs. Patricia Becerra (pbecerra@ptb.com.pe) indicating the following information:
1) Name of the Card (American Express, Master Card or Dinners Club)
2) Card Number
3) Card expiration Date (month and year)
4) Amount to be charged in American dollars currency
5) First Name of the Card Holder
6) Last Name of the Card Holder
(Important note: private information such as password and hidden digits at the back
of the Card are Not required):

Bank charges for Wire Transfers: For the account of the passenger

RESPONSIBILITIES:

PTB as a Tour Operator is committed to take all preventive measures to provide an excellent service , under the law it acts strictly as an intermediary between the clients and the suppliers of some of the services that make up the tourist packages, such as: lodging establishments, Transportation, airlines, restaurants. For this reason, it is not responsible for damages, losses, additional costs for changes or delays or any irregularity caused by the omission or negligence of one of the service providers, as well as for problems caused by eventualities beyond its control, such as: climate, natural disasters, socio-political protests and air traffic.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL PASSENGERS
In case of cancellation of accommodation, services and tourist programs already confirmed and paid , PERU TRAVEL BUREAU will refund the payment made deducting the corresponding expenses based on the following policy
Policy in case of cancellation of the tourist package to Cusco and Machu Picchu
• Before 45 days: US $ 50.00 per passenger for administrative expenses plus bank charges for the payment environment
• Between 44 – 35 days: We will deduct 35% of the reserved package price per passenger plus bank charges for the payment environment
• Between 34 – 15 days: We will discount 80% of the reserved package price per passenger plus bank charges for the payment environment
• Between 14 – 07 days: We will discount 90% of the reserved package price per passenger plus bank charges for the payment environment
• 06 days or less It is considered No show and therefore will be discounted 100% of the price of the reserved package
(*) No show will mean full cancellation costs of the contracted tourist package (which includes accommodation, food, guide services, transportation, train ticket tickets and administrative expenses)
Policy in case of cancellation of accommodation, transfers and other services reserved
• Before 45 days: US $ 50.00 per passenger for administrative expenses plus bank charges for the payment environment.

• Between 34 – 25 days: We will discount 60% of the package price per passenger plus bank charges for the payment environment
• Between 24 – 07 days: We will discount 85% of the package price per passenger plus bank charges for the payment environment
• 06 days or less It is considered No show and therefore will be discounted 100% of the price of the reserved package
(*) No show will mean full cancellation costs of the contracted tourist package (which includes accommodation, food, guide services, transportation, tickets and administrative expenses)
